KIA Motors Attendance log
Customer: Kia Motor Corporation is South Korea's second-largest automobile manufacturer, following the Hyundai Motor Company, with sales of over 3.3 million vehicles in 2015.

Description
The module “Attendance log” was developed for the corporate portal.
Each employee gets “Key code” in the system, this is his/her pass code at the checkpoint. The corporate portal is linked to the checkpoint, the system records when employees enter and leave their offices into the “Attendance log”.
In case an employee is late or leaves early, the information is fixed in the Attendance log.
the Attendance log contains:
- Work time;
- Delay;
- Early leaving;
- Notified in advance;
- Notified by fact.
The module enables employees to agree on their leaving or delays with their chiefs.
Reports
The system fixes each employee’s excel-attendance report. The report is sent to an employee and his/her chief weekly or monthly.
The report contains:
- Employee’s working hours;
- Account of business trips,
- Account of vacations;
- Delay statistics;
- Early leaving statistics;
- Deviation of factual working hours from the planed ones.
The system allows uploading an attendance report for any period.
Department attendance log has been developed for chiefs, it reveals all employees’ attendance in the department and allows uploading an excel-report.
Results:
- Financial expenditure on expandable materials (paper, printer ink) has been excluded;
- The life cycle of employees’ time tracking process has been reduced for 80%.
